Refund & Cancellation Policy

Partner Labs

• You may cancel before sample collection at no charge.
• Eligible refunds (for prepaid bookings) are returned to the original payment method or your Smart Bharat Lab wallet, typically within 5–7 business days.
• Once a sample is collected or a test is processed, the booking is generally non-refundable.

Listed Labs

• Booking requests can be withdrawn any time before the laboratory confirms the appointment.
• As payment is collected directly by the laboratory, refunds for Listed Labs are governed by that laboratory's own policy. Smart Bharat Lab will assist you in coordinating with the lab.
