Smart Bharat Lab is a healthcare comparison and booking-facilitation platform. We help you discover, compare and book pathology tests offered by third-party laboratories. Smart Bharat Lab is not a diagnostic laboratory and does not itself perform any test, collection or diagnosis.

Partner Labs vs Listed Labs

• Partner Labs have a formal agreement with Smart Bharat Lab. Bookings are confirmed through the platform, with platform pricing, offers and (where available) home collection.
• Listed Labs appear for comparison purposes only and are not officially affiliated with Smart Bharat Lab. For a Listed Lab you submit a booking request; final pricing, availability and appointment confirmation are provided directly by the laboratory. Prices shown are based on the latest information available to Smart Bharat Lab and may change.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and contact details for your booking.
• Follow the preparation instructions (e.g. fasting) for each test.
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Platform responsibilities

• Present lab and pricing information as accurately as reasonably possible.
• Facilitate your booking or booking request and keep you informed of its status.
• Protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Booking request process

For Listed Labs a booking is a request until the laboratory confirms it. We will never show "Booking Confirmed" until confirmation has actually been received from the laboratory.

Limitation of liability

Smart Bharat Lab acts as a facilitator. The laboratory that performs your test is solely responsible for the collection, testing, accuracy of results and its own service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Bharat Lab's liability is limited to the platform facilitation fee (if any) paid by you for the specific booking.
